The brainchild of David Wiseman and Nathan Jones who were injured in Afghanistan and competed at multiple Invictus Games, Peak State aims to build a global community that understands the importance of mental fitness, how to attain and then thrive with it.
Through their combined experiences in the military, in post-injury recovery, and through high-level sporting competition, they realised the important role that adopting a proactive approach to mental fitness plays in unlocking potential and increasing performance.
The website offers free videos, resources and technique, helping people to focus on their mental fitness by giving people the simple and practical tools they need to make mental fitness a key part of their daily routine.
For decades, high-performing individuals have understood the benefits of training their mind as well as their body to become the best possible version of themselves. Peak State has worked with top psychologists, sport scientists and professional athletes to develop the resources techniques such as breath work, grounding and visualisation, currently used by professional athletes.
Peak State is now well established in Greece and Australia and is now looking to expand its philosophy in both the UK and US, along with developing more focused and tailored content for communities around the world especially veterans, young people and the elderly.
