  • Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless a lead-time is specified.
  • Watches: as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional quality, some watches are individually hand built upon order. This means your timepiece may have a shipping lead-time. You can find details about this and what to expect on each product page.
  • All shipping-related import duties and import taxes are paid by us. There will be no additional shipping charges upon delivery.
  • We exclusively rely on DHL services for shipping watches within and to Australia. While most orders from au.bremont.com are typically shipped from within Australia, there are instances where your order may be fulfilled from the UK, potentially leading to a delivery time at the longer end of our estimated timeframe.
  • Tracking is available for all Australian shipping services.

Boutique Collection

Buying a Bremont watch should always be a special experience. To help you, we are pleased to offer a collection service from our Melbourne boutique.

Boutique Collection is a available when you purchase an eligible watch from our website. After adding the watch to your bag, select "Boutique Collection" to choose a Bremont boutique, pick a collection date and time, then proceed to the checkout. An eligible watch that is built and available can be picked up from one week after placing your order. Available dates will be clearly displayed.

Once the order is processed we will contact you by email/telephone to confirm details of the collection.

Returns Policy

Bremont accepts the return of any item purchased from the online boutique, dependent on the following conditions:

  • You must notify Bremont of your intention to return an item within 30 days of receipt by emailing concierge@bremont.com or calling our Melbourne boutique on +61 (03) 9639 9440 to receive a returns reference number that must be included with the return.
  • The item for return must be received by Bremont within 14 days of issue of the returns reference number.
  • Each unwanted item must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all supplied papers. For watches this includes: -
    • All packaging boxes
    • Watch wallet or watch roll
    • Dust Bag
    • Technical Notes booklet
    • Warranty Card
    • Any spare strap included in the sale of MBII, MBIII, U2, Bremont Boeings and Bremont Jaguar models
    • Watch tool
    • Any spare links from altered bracelets.
  • Watches must be returned with the returns tag attached and fully intact.
  • Please note: Bremont inspects all products for quality assurance immediately prior to dispatch.

  • Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method. The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect. Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.
  • All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refund or exchange being made. Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and/or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.
  • Watches may be returned directly to Bremont New York boutique but will be subject to the same inspection prior to a refund being made.
  • You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical as received. However, please note that Bremont is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return. Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with additional postage and or other dispatch costs of the exchange item).
  • Returns made in accordance with these credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.
