The new Bremont Supermarine Type 300 range responds to a demand for a professional dive watch in a slightly smaller iteration. The watches’ namesake derives from the 1930’s aircraft company, Supermarine, whose first ever Spitfire prototype – the Type 300 – led to one of Britain’s most iconic aircraft.

3 year warranty
Bremont focuses purely on beautifully made mechanical movements and every watch in our core collection has passed each of the rigorous precision tests necessary for the ISO 3159 chronometer designation. Every movement is finished to the highest levels of craftsmanship and all are guaranteed to within -4 and +6 seconds per day. For this reason Bremont is one of the few watch makers to offer at least a 3-year warranty on every timepiece.

Proudly made in the UK
Great Britain has a wonderful history when it comes to watch making and has probably been the home to more advances in horology than any other nation. Bremont is determined to play a pivotal role in the reinvigoration of this industry on British shores and as a result, Bremont manufactures parts at its Parts Manufacturing Facility and every Bremont is hand-build and tested before leaving the Henley-on-Thames workshop.
Description
The new 40mm case of the Type 300 is also slimmer being only 13mm from sapphire crystal to case back featuring a uni-directional ceramic rotating bezel. Bremont has wanted to create a 40mm dive watch for some time, not necessarily designed to the exact parameters as the S500 and S2000, but certainly embodying Bremont’s engineering DNA and with the capability of reaching at least 300m in dive depth. Every Bremont Supermarine Type 300 is chronometer rated and houses a beautifully finished BE-92AE automatic movement. There will be two variations of the Type 300, and one sister model, the Type 301. Of the two Type 300s, the Type 300/BK has a black dial and ceramic bezel insert, and the Type 300/BL a blue dial and ceramic bezel insert.

RUTHLESSLY TESTED ABOVE AND BELOW THE WAVES
The watches' namesake derives from the 1930's aircraft company, Supermarine, whose first ever Spitfire prototype, the Type 300, led to one of Brtiains most iconic aircraft.
Trip-tick case construction
The iconic Trip-Tick 3-piece case design provides durability and distinctive aesthetics from a scratch resistant, DLC treated barrel.
Multi-layered anti-reflective saphire crystal
The curved saphire crystal has multiple layers of scratch resistant anti-reflective coating, far in excess of most luxury watches. We vapour-deposit anti-reflective coating on both sides of the crystal.
Hardened steel watch case
Bremont steel watch cases are seven times harder than normal stainless steel. Every watch case is heat treated and defused with carbon, then bombarded with electrons. This process dramatically increases the hardness and scratch resistance of the stainless steel, allowing you to enjoy your watch in everyday situations and ensuring it stays looking its best for as long as possible.
Visibility at all times
Being able to read your watch at night can be critical, so Bremont carefully applies as many as 20 coats of Super-LumiNova paint to ensure optimarl visibility in the poorest of lighting condtions.
