At it's state of the art Headquarters in the picturesque town of Henley-on-Thames, Bremont has made considerable investment into new machinery, staff and training and the firm’s technical team has developed a precise and robust calibre of exacting specification.
precision engineering
At its Manufacturing & Technology Centre, Bremont uses a five-axis precision milling machine to manufacture the key components for the ENG300 movement series, namely the main plate and bridges. Extreme accuracy is observed by Bremont's skilled technicians with parts being machined to within tolerances of 3 microns, that’s 3 thousandths of a mm. A human hair is approximately 70 microns.
made in england
Uniquely, the ENG300 series proudly carries the engraving of 'MADE IN ENGLAND', representing an incredible leap forward for British watchmaking. This weighty progression marks the first time any UK movement manufacturing at scale has been done in 50 years, since Smiths in 1971.
